The Role
We are looking for a Client Service Representative based in Stockholm.
In the role you will work with inside sales and ensure that all hospital staff are satisfied with the Encare system and ensure that the client uses the product to its full potential. You will follow up with the clients by collecting and handling client feedback and complaints and feed-back improvements that potentially may contribute to further enhancements of the Encare system. You will work pro-actively towards potential global clients in the hospital clinic.

Your profile
You have an academic degree within Medicine, Science, Technology or Health. You have experience from customer relations within Life Science /Healthcare. Inside sales or sales experience will be highly valued as well as previous experience of handling customer feedback and complaint matters.
As a person you are service minded, structured, analytic with excellent communication skills. At Encare you will work in a global environment demanding you speak and write English fluently. To be successful in this role, you must thrive in an environment that are changeable and in the atmosphere of a start-up company in which all colleagues are passionate, driven and humble.
