Venuepoint is looking for a strong Client Service Project Manager. Your primary location will be Gothenburg, but you will be part of client meetings, sales pitch and internal meetings in Sweden and in Denmark.

Sales support and project management
You will be responsible for onboarding of large clients in Sweden, training of staff, part of sales pitch and in general be the link between the sales department and the Client Service department. You will make sure our clients are as self-propelled as possible, and you have a pro-active approach to client support in general.
Your profile
• You have experience with project management and B2B clients
• You have good technical insight, and you like to have a detailed overview of IT systems
• It will be an advantage if you have experience working with customer service, sales support or training in general
• It will be an advantage if you have experience from the ticketing industry
• You have good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Since you will be working very independently, you will need to be structured and goal oriented
• You are interested in frequent travelling

You will be working in a Swedish team with employees in both Gothenburg and Copenhagen, and you will be referring to the Client Operations Manager in Denmark.
For some of the training period you will be working in Copenhagen.
