THAI AS A NATIVE SPEAKER REQUIRED
JOB BASED IN MALMÖ, SWEDEN
ScandinavianDiscovery.com / mytravelfactory.com is an online Incoming Travel Agency and also a Spa Travel specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of new clients on the Swedish site (display campaign management, partnership negotiation, affiliation...)
• Development of the brand in Sweden using ROI logic (communication and image strategies...)
• Optimising modification of the Swedish site (ergonomics, editorial and graphics updates, integration of new functions, CRM)
• Animation of the customer loyalty program.
You will also be required to translate information from English to Thai.
Interest in travel is a merit.
Background:
Sales and/or communication degree. Very good Spa experience
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in a client service and Spa department in a luxury Spa.
Language skills:
Native Thai speaker
Conversational English
Required skills:
Extensive knowledge in Spa treatment
Extensive knowledge of Excel & Powerpoint
In-depth understanding of project management and e-marketing procedures
Strong negotiation skills and excellent client relationship building skills
We require that you are proficient in the use of Internet tools.
Working Hours 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
