hela Sverige Transaction Services, within SEB and the division Large Corporate & Financial Institutions, is looking for an experienced and skilled Client Service Manager, who wants to be part of an ambitious team and continue our exciting journey to deliver excellent service and advisory leadership in the Trade Finance area.

About the job
You will be working as a dedicated Client Service Manager and have the responsibility for a portfolio of international large and mid-corporate clients' daily business flow always looking for business opportunities.
Knowing your clients' business and needs, you will actively build strong client relationships and an excellent client experience using your in-depth trade finance skills, providing competent advice as well as courageously and proactively propose ideas to ensure efficient and smooth transactions.
You are the main responsible for the after-sales relationship of your portfolio of clients, servicing and advising in the daily coming and existing transactions. This entail various and exciting responsibilities in an international atmosphere. You initiate and lead your client interactions in close collaboration with the client services team you are part of, as well as the sales colleagues and other relevant colleagues in the client team.
You will report locally to the Head of Client Services Sweden and be part of our strong global Trade Finance community and organisation.
Who are you
To succeed in this role, you preferably have a minimum of three years' experience working with Trade Finance. Additionally, we expect a strong personal drive and understanding of the value to deliver excellent experiences and results to our clients. Strong commitment and ownership taking, together with a positive and proactive can-do attitude, are key characteristics expected from you.
We expect strong communication, collaboration and relationship building skills to ensure both outstanding client value and team excellence. You value to work and be active in a team as well as taking decisions independently, with a high capacity to prioritise the daily work in a structured manner.
You take responsibility for your continuous personal and professional development to excel in the role and for further growth. You enjoy and take an active part in our transformation of our business to fit the future requirements and needs of our clients. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English and have a relevant academic background.
