As a Client Responsible, you are responsible for selling our Solutions through interacting directly with customers. Essential to success in this role is a keen ability develop new accounts and to penetrate new divisions and organizations within your assigned accounts. Ework provides unrivalled support and tools from the Public Site, Marketing, and Product Development departments for you to leverage to exceed sales performance goals.
You will work very closely with dedicated teams in operations, building up a strong sales and delivery is a true team work.
You will work with B2B sales where developing strong relationships is the major part of your work. You will be located in Stockholm, but will be able to travel from time to time.
Overall responsibility/tasks
Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within partner organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner account
Develop new selling relationships within assigned partner account; develop new direct selling
Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.
Respond to RFP's and follow up with prospects.
Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
Recommend marketing strategies.
Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.
Provide, or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
Provide product feedback back to organization to improve Ework 's solutions
Skills and Experience
Proven sales track record of success selling services or/and technology into the services markets.
Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
Extensive knowledge within the Public Procurement Law (LOU, LUF) and experience to negotiate and communicate this with the market.
Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including
Marketing, Sales Operations, and System Development.
Ability to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and solutions.
Have led a virtual team of sales-oriented employees
Strong stage presence and ability to engage and persuade
BA degree or equivalent and 3+ years Account Management experience in a fast-paced, high-technology environment or equivalent experience is desirable.
Shown experience in processes for successful account management including forecasting, quota over achievement, sales presentations, short term, mid-term and long term opportunity management.
To succeed in this role you have to be fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in written.
