Ework Group in Västerås is now looking for a new Client Responsible.
Ework Group is on an ambitious and exciting journey. To assist us on this journey and reach our goals we need a determined Client Responsible.
As an Client Responsible, you are responsible for selling our Solutions through interacting directly with existing as well as new clients. Essential to success in this role is an ability to secure existing business and create new business opportunities within your assigned portfolio.

Preferable skills
Proven track record in sales
Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
Extensive knowledge and experience to negotiate and communicate with clients on a strategic level
Ability to lead a client team
To succeed in this role you have to be fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and in written.

Preferable Experience
Have led a team of sales-oriented employees,
Coaching experience
Shown experience of successful account management including forecasting, sales presentations, short term, mid-term and long term opportunity management.

Overall role responsibilities and tasks
Identify and drive business cases towards existing and new clients
Create and drive client development according to game plan
Accountable for existing FA's in your portfolio including SLA's and KPI's
Overall accountable for client success factors
Plan, run and follow up tactical and strategic meetings externally as well as internally.
Visualize, lead and impact key indicators and operational sales activity
Lead cross functional teams in order to drive client success.
Build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
Provide status information to your Manager including forecast/pipeline information.
