We are looking for a Client Partner, Nordics, expected to be responsible for Managing the overall relationship with Nordics Retail Customer of TCS. The role will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across Nordic countries and India is a required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver on sales targets for the portfolio(s).
Responsible to achieve P&L (Profit and Loss), customer satisfaction and similar organization goals.
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical to CXO Levels.
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals.
Provide value added consulting services to the customer.
Develop solutions for the customer
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s degree in engineering and Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus
At least 10 years? experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery business development and creating GTM strategy.
CXO level client relationship management leading engagements and developing solutions for clients.
Experience in working with various Fortune 500 organizations in Customer Relationship Management &
Delivery Management.
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings processes and operations in an offshore centric environment.
Experience of working with CXO level client stakeholders, developing consulting offerings and solutions and delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
