We are looking for a Client Partner. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish business relationship with customer's senior leadership to start positioning TCS as business advisor
• To own the account and ensure delivering the commitments made by TCS to customer
• Commercial ownership and driving contractual discussions
• Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI and RFP process
• Track key market trends relevant to Nordic/Global Postal Market to position TCS Offerings
• Lead and/or Build the proposal in line with RFI,RFPrequirements by working with a global solution and delivery team
• Participate in Contract negotiations
• Coordinate with 3rd party companies to create joint solution and response to bids
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably 15 Years of experience in delivery, technology and selling streams with customers across globe. Similar experience in delivering and establishing accounts while building close working relationship with customers, positioning tailored offerings in line with their core line of business and establish TCS as trusted business partner.
• Similar experience in leading and driving green field account
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Presentation Skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent learner with strong ability to build personal rapport and alignment with customer
• Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the customer organization
