hela Sverige We are looking a Client Partner with the responsibility to build and strengthen the relationship with our customer. We believe you can do this by using your experience of Global Network Delivery Model and large deal sales
Travel within Europe and India will occur from time to time
The key responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management,
Drive revenue / profit growth targets,
Create and capture emerging business opportunities,
Cross sell/upsell and focus of relationship development,
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances,
Delivery Management,
Risk Management,
Resource planning,
Account asset management,
Team Management
Key Skills/Knowledge:
15+ Years of experience of Global Network Delivery Model
10+ Years of experience in Retail business
5+ Years of experience of an offshore/onsite model
As a person you are Coaching, Customer oriented, Communicative and Pro-active. You have strong interpersonal skills and are used to negotiate, present and influence.
