In our Industry department we help our customers to transform their R&D and manufacturing activities, from work preparation to process execution, to deliver new standards of productivity and performance. We are experts in Embedded Development where we develop hardware, firmware and embedded software applications. In Advanced Manufacturing and Digital Transformation, we are involved in Manufacturing 4.0, Digital twins & AR/VR, industrial AI/ML, predictive maintenance, analytics and so much more. Our experts have great expertise within Product Design, Development and Manufacturing where we build business and brand strategy, are designers within systems and mechanics and we contribute to product definition amongst others.

As our new Client Partner, you will be responsible for our Swedish industry customers (manufacturing, defense, aerospace and others) managing and developing existing and new relationships.

Your role

- Sales responsibility for targeted clients mainly within the defense, aerospace, and manufacturing area.
- Business development and revenue growth
- Building and maintaining client relations
- Manage a full-life cycle partner process, while effectively leveraging internal resources.
- Ensure performance improvement plans are developed and implemented when necessary.
- Develop a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals.

Your profile

- University degree within Business Administration, Engineering or similar
- We are looking for you with a lot of energy and who thrives in a fast pace.
- Min 5 years of experience of a leading role within sales or/and business development
- Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish industry
- You have strong leadership and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in Swedish and English
