hela Sverige As an SCCM engineer at Bisnode you will become a member of Client Operations, a cross-country team belonging to Technology Workplace Operations. WO's mission is to provide a state-of-the-art workplace environment for all 2 500 employees spread across Bisnode' s 19 European countries.
Your Role
Your key responsibility will be to design and develop the technical foundation for our client infrastructure based on Microsoft SCCM. With your valuable experience from larger organizations you will play a leading role in the on-going transition project joining together all local users, computers and resources into one global unit.
As a group wide organization, we invest a lot of efforts into cooperation, communication and knowledge sharing throughout the whole organization. All work is being planned and executed with an agile approach.
Concretely this job is about;
• Develop and enhance the SCCM infrastructure
• Provide technical expertise to the client transition project
• Participate in client improvement projects
• Look into technologies that might be of interest, such as Autopilot and Intune
• Build and maintain OS images
• Handle application packaging and distribution
• Develop an asset management system for hardware and software
• Document standard routines
• Educate colleagues
Mandate
• Take strategical decisions about the SCCM infrastructure
• Set priority for tasks related to SCCM infrastructure
• Bring Bisnode forward in terms of automated and centrally managed software distribution and frequent security patching of our client devices.
You and your experience
In order to be successful you need to have a deep understanding of SCCM components, roles, interactions and system dependencies. Furthermore, you have a broad knowledge of Microsoft technology, both Server OS and Client OS, as well as Active Directory. You are used to work with OS deployment, application packaging, application distribution and patch management. Understanding of security best practices, policies and standards is crucial since our business possesses sensitive information.
Additionally, we are looking for; ;
• You have been working professionally with SCCM for 5 years or more
• You have extensive architecture and engineering experience of device management in a large corporate enterprise (3 000 users or more).
• You have knowledge of standard ITIL processes such as life cycle management and ITSM
• You have a security mindset
• Your English skills are very good both in speech and writing
• You are a true team player
This position can be placed in any of Bisnodes offices in Europe.
