We are looking for two Client Managers to join our Sales team! If you are the right candidate, you can understand our clients' problems and develop solutions specifically tailored for them. You understand the long sales-cycle typical for this type of product. You are a natural in building relationships, self-motivated, driven by results and excellent in communication. As a Client Manager, your responsibilities will vary from lead generation to account management and closing intricate deals. This is an exciting opportunity to gain international sales experience. You will be based in the heart of Malmö, Sweden, but will be working with clients all across the globe. International travel will occur occasionally.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver according to plans per customer to meet yearly budgets, targets, and sales quota
Maintain and nurture client relationships
Develop new client relationships
Close deals!
Lead customer initiatives to grow revenue and develop key accounts
Lead generation - grow customer pipe with qualified leads that will lead to transactions
Map customer needs
Identify key stakeholders
Plan activities to build accounts
Address client needs with Trialbee solutions
Develop offering and solution



About You:

2-3 years of relevant work experience
Relevant university education
Experience with B2B solution sales is an advantage
Preferably has relevant industry background within either clinical development or technology
Entrepreneurial mind-set
Highly driven and self-motivated
Passionate about life improving technology
Excellent communication skills
Oral and written fluency in English
Analytical and problem solving approach
Highly energetic personality type
Excellence in growing long-lasting relationships
Results driven
Must be able to sell the entire solution and develop it further
You are a true "go getter" with a positive attitude!
