The Warehouse Customer Services department in Gothenburg consists of approximately 6 motivated and internationally oriented employees. Together we provide world class customer services to all Maersk Logistics customers, both for Import and Export shipments. We need to strengthen our team and would like to offer the right candidate a temporary employment until 2007-03-31 with great opportunities for further extension.

Maersk Logistics WHS Customer Service department has the important role as the contact party for our customers on daily basis. WHS customer service handles important communication and documentation for domestic and international shipments. Activities include essential inbound and outbound transport-documentation and customs administration. Co-operation within and with other departments and high quality service are essential priorities within the department.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• Working experience from office and/or reception
• Experience from import/export logistics
• Excellent IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Service minded and an excellent team player
• Ability to multi-task
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Additional desirable skills:
• German skills
• Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries

We expect you to have:
