hela Sverige Customer Service handles shipment-bookings virtually from A to Z, including arranging transport-documents and issuing invoices. Keeping high quality of the daily tasks performed is vital for Customer Service. We co-operate with our customers, with internal departments and with other Maersk Line offices around the world on a daily basis.
The Swedish Customer Services department consists of approximately 70 dynamic, motivated and internationally oriented employees. Together we provide world class customer services to all Maersk Line customers, both for Import and Export shipments. We now need to strengthen our department with a client coordinator on a temporary basis for 3 months.
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
• Working experience in the shipping industry
• Experience from import/export
• Experience from customer service departments in same or other industries
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
A degree in Transport and/or Logistics is an advantage.

You will be working at our new office at Mölndalsvägen, located in the centre of Gothenburg. The office is also Maersk Nordic, Baltic & Russia Area head-office and the site holds over 300 employees.
