Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is proactive, result-driven, service-minded and has a commercial mindset. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with colleagues and customers in different countries. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details.

We are looking for an individual open for changes and challenges in the exciting environment an international shipping company provides, and with the ability to take on tasks in a can-do spirit. It's important to have an improvement mindset and the ability to understand the bigger picture. We value the ability to quickly identify necessary actions and implement appropriate solutions, as well as preventive actions and process reviews leading to improvements. We would like the candidate to have Customer Service knowledge and preferably a University degree or other higher education.

Applicants need minimum 5 years experience from the shipping or forwarder industry and fluent skills in English.
