hela Sverige As a Client Coordinator at Maersk Line Customer Service in Gothenburg you own and manage the end-to-end customer experience of assigned customers. As a Client Coordinator you should also seek continuous improvements for mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk Line. The ideal candidate has experience from shipping or forwarder industry or equivalent education, or a commercial experience from Customer Service or Sales Support.

The vacant position is located at Mölndalsvägen, Gothenburg.

You have excellent communication skills and genuinely appreciate the interaction with other people. You are able to take on multiple tasks with a sense of urgency and strive to deliver excellence in the details. We value the ability to identify improvement areas, take actions and implement appropriate solutions.
Fluent skills in Swedish or other Scandinavian language is an absolute requirement, as well as fluent skills in English.
