Job summary:
This position will give you the opportunity to work in the very heart of the Nordic derivatives markets.
You will be performing important tasks within the area of derivatives operations and you will get a good understanding about the whole process from trade to expiration and settlement.
Work tasks/duties:
Operate Derivatives market including futures and options on Swedish, Danish, Finnish and Norwegian equities and fixed income products (Exchange and Clearing house) on daily basis regarding:
Trade matching
Cash settlement
Physical deliveries
Support to members
Production and test system
Create and maintain good relations to customer members and partners.
Developing work regarding operational related issues.
Implementation work regarding new products / markets.
Candidate profile
Personal characteristics
Service minded, flexible and good with details.
Not afraid to work under pressure and also curious and eager to learn more about the financial markets.
Work both individual and in group.
Skills
Financial market knowledge.
Graduate in Finance or equivalent.
Excellent English skills, knowledge of Nordic languages is meriting.
Knowledge of Exchange, Bank and CSD systems is meriting.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required.
Experience:
One to two years of previous work experience from financial or technical sector is a benefit. Experience from derivatives or clearing related job functions is meriting.
Working hours (deviation from ordinary working hours i.e. scheduled on call duty). Working hours vary between (7.00-19.30, with possibility for the future 7.00-22.00).
