We work with beauty brands that continuously work hard to harness the power of nature within their products, alongside providing fashionably rich colour palettes. We provide clean and healthy cosmetic options for our customers. We cater to everyone with the widest variety of natural brands and clean beauty products that promote healthy skin because ultimately we are all unique.
As a Beauty Specialist, you advise our customers about the products and services on offer. You will provide customers with information on the suitability of the products for their specific needs, knowledge on ingredients and how to apply the products for best results. You will carry out basic, quality and administrative processes in the store as well as provide one-on-one and group consultations to customers related to makeup and skincare. Part of your role is to become our brand ambassador by engaging on social media when possible to make the brand known to the wider market and inspire customers.
In addition, you replace the Lead Beauty Specialist when he / she is not present and are then responsible for inventory management and leadership. You will work closely with and support the Lead Beauty Specialist who acts as a mentor.
REQUIREMENTS
A love and respect for 'Clean Beauty' makeup and skincare products.
Experience in the application of makeup on customers
Strong communication and sales skills
Available to work on weekdays and weekends.
Integrity and honesty with yourself and others
You are ambitious, keen to learn and do the best for yourself, our customers and our company
You are creative, flexible, pro-active and you enjoy speaking to customers
You are a team player and prepared to work and support others in the team
