We are now looking for a CLC1 Manager that will manage the CLC team at Maskinvägen in Lund.
Who is your future team:
You will manage the CLC team. CLC consist of different teams such as warehouse, production, shipping, stock rotation, RMA. The team is around 15 team members.
Your main responsibilities as CLC1 Manager are:
* Personal management including motivating your staff, driving team efficiency, enable personal development, planning needed resources and setting salary.
* Operational and strategic management of the function. This starts with setting a budget and following this up as well as setting goals and strategies for the function.
You will also:
* Lead and coordinate production capacity planning together with CLC1 planners
* Lead and coordinate CLC1 RMA01/MRB and Stock Rotation processes
* Close cooperation with all departments at CLC1 for the best customer experience.
* Follow and fulfill Process and Quality goal
* Attend internal Process and Quality Audits
* Ensure that deviations at CLC1 are handled and actions for improvement are fulfilled.

We 'd love to hear that you have/are.
* At least five years' experience from managing teams.
* Relevant University degree or similar
* Worked in a production environment.
* Familiar with continuous improvements and lean activities
* Good general supply chain knowledge
It is meriting if you also have:
* Worked in a global organization and collaborated with people from different cultures.
* Have experience with digitalization and automation.
You need to speak and write fluently, in Swedish and English and you need a Swedish driver's license. This position is based in Lund and you will be reporting to the Director Order and Fulfillment.
