Member of the BUCI team (Business Unit Customer Insurance)
The Business Unit Customer Insurance (BUCI) is part of Scania Financial Services (SFS) and drives the development of Scania Insurance with the support of Insurance Managers in all SFS 16 business units.
Today the team consists of 2 Business Development Managers (based in France and Slovakia) and a Södertälje based Coordinator.
Job description
• Take the lead in following projects :
• Development of a Scania Extended Warranty Insurance Program
• Definition and implementation of a Scania IT solution for managing vehicle damage and third party liability claims
• Build a global knowledge base for claims history to support insurance portfolio health and further business development
• Integrate insurance data into the central Financial Services Data Warehouse and organise access to this data for Scania Assistance
• Integrate the insurance offering in the Vehicle Salesmen s Sales tool and build links the to Insurers and SFS Business Units Back-office
• Participate in following projects / area s :
• Integrate the Scania Insurance offering in the Scania concept of "Total Solution Provider"
• Coach and support multi-disciplinary teams of Insurance Managers and Scania Sales & Service colleagues in their local Business Development of Kasko Insurance and related Claims Management
• Support lnsurance Managers in process and IT related matters when developing Insurance programs as such as Credit Life and GAP insurance
• Participate in quarterly BUCI steering committee meetings
• Coordination with the IS/IT function at SFS Head-Office regarding Insurance matters
In this role you report to the Head of Business Development Customer Insurance. The job is based in Södertälje and offers plenty of international contacts within the financial services companies. Some travelling is required.
Job requirements
We are looking for a colleague with ambitions to support our further development. You have a higher education (business administration, marketing or engineering) and a couple of years relevant working experience probably acquired in the area of claims management, maintenance contracts, warranty processes.
Your skills and/or qualities include :
