hela Sverige As a Claim Analyst Extended Coverage, you join our Services Contract department within Volvo Penta - Global Parts & Services organization. Extended Coverage has been identified as a key product in our services journey and a cornerstone for customer loyalty. Due to our high ambitions to increase the sales in the Industrial & Marine Business Units, we are now looking for a new colleague.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a gate keeper on Coverage claims, as from certain predefined levels
Make random checks and corrections and communicate to the organization and Business Partners
Act as claim approver for specific cases that are handled on central level
Discuss and agree on claim approval levels together with Market Units and Warranty dept.
Make Extended Coverage audits and work actively with process and systems improvements
Experience / Competencies
Previous work within warranty/claim handling is an asset
Good communication skills
Analytical mindset
Strong in continuous improvement and process optimization
Fluent in spoken/written English
This function will report to the Director Services Contracts.
