As a System Tester in Emric you will work with customers within the banking and finance sector. The System Tester role is vital for the customer experience and you will interface with customer stakeholders during critical phases of the project lifecycle.
You will manage planning, execution and reporting of test activities in order to ensure deliveries of our credit handling solutions with high quality and customer satisfaction. You will interact with customer business and IT representatives during customer demonstrations, training, validation and acceptance tests and production start support. You will develop and control test plans to cover the project activities, report status and proactively manage and escalate risks and issues to project management.
You will develop expertise in our credit handling solutions and a solid understanding of test methods and tools and how they can be applied in efficient test operations.
The System Tester role is part of an Emric test community located in Stockholm, Belgrade and Kalix.
We expect you to have
To fit this role we believe that you have a relevant university degree and experience from credit administration in a bank or financial institution. You have experience from system, acceptance and/or data migration test activities, and are attracted by the challenge of testing new system versions under development.
You could also come from a test professional background, in which case you have (or have a strong drive to obtain) a solid understanding of credit handling. You have SQL skills supporting information gathering and analysis. You have experience from agile way of working and appreciate being part of a supportive culture accepting responsibility.
As a person you are
As a person you have a high quality focus, an analytical mind-set and attention to detail, with a personality that is self-motivated and self-driven. You are solution-oriented and have strong communication skills and business proficient in English.
Accounting experience, Finnish language skills and technical test experience are considered merits.
