About the job
Our client, a company within Finance and Banking, is now looking for a skilled System administrator with great knowledge in Citrix.
About the role as a system administrator in Citrix
In your role, you will work with Citrix Systems and handle day to day Citrix User and Citrix Xen app client Issues. You will have the responsibility to install, configure and manage XenApp /XenDesktop Farm (latest version 7.x), as well as handling the management and maintenance for Xen Server Farm with HA at multiple sites. That includes backup/Hot fix installation on Xen Server. Other responsibilities could be Creation of Citrix VM/Clone providing them via Provisioning Server, Publishing Applications via Citrix Studio, Profile Management, as well as working with vCenter and XenMobile for EMM solution.
Furthermore, you will also be expected to provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management as well as independently resolve tickets & ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. As positive customer experience is of high importance you will work with ensuring CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases. This job also includes value adding activities such knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews in hiring drives and contribution on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
Who are you?
To fit and thrive in this role we would like you to have:
* Work experience and advanced knowledge in Citrix Provisioning Server, StoreFront, Citrix NetScaler with Access Gateway Enterprise, Certificates and Authentication and Citrix Merchandising Server
* VDI Knowledge
* Good understanding of OS standards of Windows Server (2k8, 2k12,2016)
* Basic understanding of F5 and Citrix NetScaler.
* Good exposure with Director
* Good diagnostic and analytical skills
* Hands on with vCenter and XenMobile for EMM solution.
* Fluent Swedish and English is required
