About the role
As CISO, you will own the current process and future development of Quinyx' data compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that our systems and data are secure, in-line with regulatory requirements. You will work cross-functionally, ensuring the data assets of the business are well protected by identifying and eliminating vulnerabilities and providing security assurances to senior leadership, implementing and maintaining policies such as ISO27001.

Compliance
Lead the organisations Informations Security compliance framework.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision & strategy to ensure information assets and technologies are protected.
Create, operate and maintain a Risk Assessment and Management process.
Make changes and upgrades to our compliance framework together with management and board.
Draft internal policies and guidelines and make sure they are known in the organisation.
Business Needs
Establishes and implements policies and procedures.
Information Security related compliance implementation across the organisation.
Maintain inventory register of all internal assets.
Analyse existing security assets and make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.
Drive and execute a security roadmap and strategy to support Quinyx main objectives.
Administering, monitoring, and revoking systems access.
Handle information security requests from our clients.
Design and implement safety measures and data recovery plans.
Information security Awareness.
Directs staff in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining processes across the enterprise to reduce information and IT risks
Serve as a security expert and conduct training when needed for our staff and clients. Also hold workshops and briefings for all of our employees such as executives, board and stakeholders on cyber risks.
Raise awareness of risk management concerns.
Incident Management
Build the policy framework that handles our Incident management routines and processes.
First responder to incidents in order to establish what classification of incident it is and build a team to resolve it according to our internal policies.
What you'll bring to the team
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in information security, with a proven track record of managing infosec operations.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks, including GDPR and security frameworks including ISO 27001.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of information security professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
