hela Sverige Circularity is at the core of sustainability and to reach our ambitious sustainability targets we need to integrate the mindset of circularity in everything we do. That is why we need to strengthen our sustainability team with Circularity Program Manager to lead the implementation of circularity throughout the organization. On the journey of change that we are in the middle of you will work to secure progress on circularity targets by setting the structure and way of working, develop roadmaps and train the business on the topic of circularity. To create a truly integrated sustainability agenda, you need to network and partner up with all relevant parts of the organization as well as with external partners.
Reporting to the VP Group Sustainability, the Circularity program manager can be based in Lund or Copenhagen.
Key responsibilities
As a senior project leader of circularity initiatives with main focus of setting up a Program Management structure for Circularity you will:
Support the development and implementation of KPIs to follow up on the sustainability strategy.
Communicate the status of the work on implementing the sustainability strategy and other relevant sustainability topics relevant to Alfa Laval.
Contribute to the development of sustainability trainings.
Facilitate the implementation of the sustainability strategy by working closely with key stakeholders.
Represent Alfa Laval in external partnerships related to circularity.
Monitor and evaluate relevance existing, new, and emerging sustainability regulations, standards and guidelines concerning circularity.
Provide guidance on the company responses to questions or statements of positions on sustainability related matters, including industry surveys, customer questionnaires and other relevant questionnaires.
Cowriter of annual report, with expertise on circularity.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone that has a relevant academic background at Masters' level with sustainability as an integrated part. It is out of essence that you have a minimum of 8 years' experience of an expertise role within sustainability, preferably as a project manager, driving change involving a wide range of stakeholders. You are pragmatic, balanced, and capable of actively handling problem solving independently and your English is excellent in both verbal and written. We value that you can engage with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple business areas and have a collaborative mindset.
