We expect you to bring to this role:

• Excellent understanding of key performance measurements used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach
• Deep competence in initiative portfolio management - how to assess value, urgency, plan required resources and prioritize projects.
• Strong knowledge in project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication and how to integrate these processes in development and deployment activities.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT solution landscapes associated with Customer Fulfilment.
• Strong market and industry intelligence, applies market and industry knowledge to achieve organisational goals and objectives, understand market specifics when making decisions.
YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
In this role, you will:
• Lead, support and guide the respective country function related to Circular Fulfilment Development initiatives securing an inspiring and motivating environment, supporting, and facilitating the country network enabling sharing of best practices and collaboration.
• Actively collaborate with key partners on Group level while representing Customer Fulfilment and Development & Deployment in related forums and decision bodies.
• In close collaboration with all global stakeholders work towards creating a coherent and excellent customer experience and journey within the context of all development and deployment initiatives.
• Responsible for securing innovation, development, and deployment of fulfilment solutions for circular flows, through identifying, evaluating and scaling best practices and through supporting the Fulfilment Ventures Development Manager in setting the right priorities, contributing to the overall INGKA goals.
• Continuously search for good examples and new service fulfilment solutions both from within IKEA and from the latest developments in the industry.
• Responsible to prepare and anchor initiatives in Ingka Decision bodies, including the Business Development plan.
• Responsible for defining and creating business cases for Circular Development initiatives having focus on effective and efficient solutions for the totality of the business and be responsible to follow up and validate the return of investment (ROI) of the business cases.
• Responsible to secure tight cooperation with Digital Unit to identify digital development needs and submission of needed epics.
• Responsible to lead a portfolio of ongoing initiatives, together with potential co-creation countries and other co-creation partners, follow up and evaluate the initiatives to secure plans are kept, commitments are achieved, risks are identified, and blockers are resolved while improvements are being made.
• Responsible, together with Business support & Deployment, for the deployment and the handover of new solutions and secure that the solution meets the needs and expectations of the end users.
• Responsible to ensure right information flow and effective communication on the related Development portfolio throughout the organization.
This is a permanent role, based either in Malmö or Amsterdam.
