Worko was started in 2011 in Stockholm with the ambition to re-think the traditional recruitment industry. Since then our growth have been strong and our products are well established with hundreds of clients within tech and construction. Worko don't work with traditional search to fulfill temporary needs for our clients. Instead we help our customers to attract passive candidates over time, with a starting point in their strategic ambitions, and growth plans!
Purpose and about the position as CIO:
We are growing a lot and planned to hire this particular position in 2023, but we need to move in a faster pace, and this is where you come in.
You will take place in the management team and report directly to the CEO with the following responsibility:
• Roadmap for our in-house platform based on Dynamics 365
• Owning development of our sourcing & other applications
• Set the roadmap of our data-collection engine
As stated above we are looking to re-think the traditional recruitment industry and our firm belief is that this is done by investing in our various IT-applications with the aim to automize parts of the talent acquisition process and deliver products to our clients not available anywhere else.
You are responsible of our tech stack and by working closely with our delivery and product organization you design and deliver functionality supporting both operations and product development.
The following areas of responsibility are included:
• Prioritizing features and functionality
• IT-architecture
• Work closely with 3rd party development teams and provide clear technical descriptions
• Information data structure
• Deliver improvements to our in-house platform to increase innovation and productivity
• Plan training & upskilling opportunities across the entire organization
• Set-up, implement and secure adoption of analytics tools that supports the business
Who we think you are:
In order to be successful as a CIO we think you're driven, full of initiative who thrives at a high pace and to work towards set goals. You're stimulated by designing and developing great products for our clients and functionality to the organization.
To succeed in the role:
• We believe that you have +7 years of experience from product management, project management and application development. Full-stack experience is a merit in order to easily lead development teams, but not a requirement
• Working within the Dynamics 365 is a merit
• Self-starter
• MSc/Bc
• Fluency in Swedish/Norwegian and English
