Job Responsibilities:
As our Cinematics Producer, you will contribute with an excellent comprehension of film production to successfully lead and manage our existing cinematics team. Together with our Cinematics Director you will guide the team in its continued effort to make astonishing computer animated movies for future games. Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the entire production process, to manage all resources and employees, and to meet budgets and deadlines. You will report directly to the Vice President of Product Development.

Required skills and experience:
Minimum three years experience of leading film production in movies, animation or visual effects projects
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
Excellent experience in facilitating effective project planning and decision making, while providing clear goals and motivating your team
Must be driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Must be well organized and have the ability to drive film projects from start to finish
Helpful additional skills:
• Technical interest as well as experience working technically with TV or film production
