Planning, delivery and management of the technical support, spare parts, and training services for Huawei Sweden .It requires that post launch support can meet all customer SLAs and exceed customer expectations while meeting the financial goals.。
Be responsible for the customer satisfaction of these services; realize the income target of customer support services;
Build the necessary service infrastructure including process and policies; Recruit the necessary resources to build an organization with a product revenue growth model that is doubling every year.
Constantly improve the integrated maintenance efficiency through optimizing the maintenance processes, geographical dispersion,and delivery personnel;
Constantly improve the spare parts model using efficient and cost effective processes and partners, setting up depot centers as required.
Define and implement customer technical training policies, requirements, and delivery including innovative approaches;
Build IT Platforms and local training platforms including training locations, equipment, and personnel to build and deliver classes;
Implement the service strategy to launch new service products in conjunction with service marketing.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate the switch and route system ,include basic configuration, upgrade, migration and trouble shooting.
Ability to establish the network of the telecommunications, network planning and network optimize
Have a good working knowledge of at least one or more of the following products & solutions: MPLS,OSPF,ISIS,BGP,HSRP,MPLS TE. Familiar with ATM/IP L2/L3 Switches, Router and DSLAM, familiar with Huawei ,Cisco and other Data communication equipments.
Ability to make the product training for the employee ,partner and the customer .
Skills/Experience:
Minimum 2/3 years direct telecommunications and carrier network maintains and project implementation experience with a proven track record with an international telecoms equipment company.
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, Accounting manager, engineering, marketing).
Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
Must welcome challenges.
Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative.
Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese.
