We are preparing for our global roll-out and are now looking to expand our team with a full time CTO.
The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy for one of Sweden?s most prominent global team. Combining strong strategic input into the executive leadership team and people leadership capabilities, the CTO will report directly to the CEO - lead product and technology strategies, delivering all technology components - including development teams, continuous delivery frameworks, platforms and services, development architecture, third party platforms and services - to successfully deliver all business requirements and outcomes.
Skills & Experience required:
• 3+ years experience in executive technology leadership and leading development teams
• 6+ years experience in web development
• A BSc in computer science, information system, or equivalent experience
• Fluent in the Nepalese language and the local cast Newari language
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Service-focused mindset and approach, not just solution focused
• Strong understanding and experience of agile leadership and methodology/
