1) Monitor new technologies in MEMS and inertial related industries and establish the company?s technical and product vision and technology development strategy;
2) Lead and manage the R&D projects from planning to full implementation, establish close cooperation with strategic partners to ensure the successful implementation of R&D projects;
3) Act as a good steward of company resources and ensures control of R&D projects and technique budgets;
4) Support sale and marketing activities of the company from technology point of view;
5) Identify and participate in government, academic, and industry groups where there are opportunities to promote the company?s reputation and to capture valuable data;
6) Provide leadership to supports the company?s culture, mission and values from perspective of technology development, to continuously enhance the company?s performance and value creation.
Qualification:
1) Doctor?s degree in areas of MEMS, automation, and electric engineering etc.;
2) 5+ years MEMS inertial product R&D experience;
3) Familiar with the technology development and market trend in the world MEMS and inertial industry, and keep unique understanding of key technologies in MEMS design and processing industry;
4) Strategic and innovative thinking, to formulate the company?s product and technology route;
5) Strong organization, coordination and communication skills to lead the MEMS R&D project.
