Do you want to be in the centre of the rapid change of a whole industry? Helping SEB to steer itself in a new direction? Great! We are now looking for a Chief Scrum Master to our Channels Tribe for Web ART.
The Channels Tribe enable capabilities in all digital channels. We are now looking for a Chief Scrum Master (CSM) to our Web ART, who will have the opportunity to make a big impact and drive change by coaching the Tribe, ART and teams within to continuously improve its abilities. Working with and coaching our Agile processes and mindsets with the goal of building high performing teams and accelerate our Agile journey will be your focus points.
What you will be doing
• Work to optimize the customer value flow, from idea to being "in use" and assist the teams in the tribe to deliver value
• Challenge existing structures, roles and practices
• Facilitate tribe planning events and processes
• Create and sustain an agile learning organization
• Listen and support teams in problem identification and decision-making as well as creating an environment of collaboration and mutual influence
• Collaborate with key stakeholders e.g., Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Chief Product Owner, Solution Architects and other stakeholders
• Coach the tribe in implementing Lean Agile principles
• Be part of the Domain Portfolio Management team where you will work closely with all Chief Product Owners and Chief Scrum Masters within Front Domain.
• Be the agile coach for the Tribe & ART's
• Support the team manager in both the operational, tactical and strategical questions.
Who we are looking for
You have extensive knowledge and understanding of lean / agile principles & values combined with experience from working as Scrum master in a scaled agile organization. You also have a deep understanding and experience of coaching and developing high performing individuals and teams. You have hands on experience from working with flow visualization and optimization as well as knowledge and experience of Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) or other scaled frameworks.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a leader and team player with a genuine interest in people and technology
• Has extensive knowledge in lean & agile principles and values
• Has worked as an agile coach, RTE or similar roles
• Has a good understanding of coaching on an individual, team and team of team's levels.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
You are communicative, inspirational and encourage dialogues. You are also an empathic listener valuing input from others, and you believe in empowering people to build high performing teams. You embrace change and have a willingness to move forward, even when all information is not available. You encourage innovation and new ways of working in order to develop the business. You are fluent in English.
