SEB is looking for a Chief Risk officer for its recently started neo-bank, i.e. bank that has started from scratch. In the role you will cover all risk types and you will work hands on with new technologies and innovation. About the position You will be part Group Risk. Group Risk which is an independent second line unit responsible of identifying, monitoring, quantifying, and reporting risks. You will report directly to the Head of Group Risk. In SEB you will cover all risk types, however the main focus will be in: Credit Risk quantification using modern technologies, like machine learning and artificial intelligenceCyber and Technology risk using modern cloud based infrastructure solutions Your Profile You have high integrity and ethical standards, and excellent communication, presentation and influencing abilities. You are proactive, structured and delivery-focused. You are a team player with an analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to transform theory into concrete action. You have several years of experience from a senior manager position in the risk management and/or control area. An ideal candidate would have at least: 10 year experience in credit risk measurement and modeling5 year experience of market and liquidity risk measurement and modeling 10 years' experience of implementing risk systems and deploying new risk technologies in large scale banks3 years' experience of working in agile work teamsExpertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning with application towards risk measurement and bankingExperience in big data technologies with in financial risks Management experience of managing specialists teams, working with senior executives Operating within a large organization with an entrepreneurial mind.
