• Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies, including revenue forecasting, with the executive team and board of directors.
• Develop and implement robust sales management processes including pipeline, account planning, and proposals.
• Monitor revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
• Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in sales, marketing, and customer success.
About you:
Bachelor's or Master's in accounting, finance or business administration.
At least 5+ years of experience working with revenue generation in B2B organisations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Thorough understanding of SaaS based Enterprise sales.
Leadership skills - be able to easily move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and controlling work being done.
Effective verbal and written communication skills - develop interpersonal connections through sound communication.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills - analyze all aspects of a problem and find solutions that will benefit the company financially.
Goal-oriented - be passionate about working toward the company's goals and be willing to put in extra time and effort at work.
Proficiency in English
