We are currently looking for a Chief Project Manager for a roll-out project for a two year assignment. The assignment is a temporary position at Poolia that will start immediately and go on until 2014-09-30.
The main project-objective is to roll-out a new PLM-solution including work-processes, IT-solutions, migration of legacy-data and conduct necessary training and information to personell.
Roll-out will occur on several places globally.

Publiceringsdatum2012-08-31Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Chief Project Manager for a roll-out project, your responsibility will be to lead the project to by secruing the project objectives in terms of quality, delivery, cost and functionality. You are responsible for project daily operations and to report project status and achievements to Project Management Office and Decision Bodies. You will ensure the proper program management protocol is followed by informing stakeholders in time on any significant risks or scope changes.
The primary task of the CPM is to lead the project organization by planning, managing and delivering the business goals for the entire project by executing work packages in parallell.
You will:
• Maintain a consolidated view of all active work packages in terms of Quality, Delivery, Cost and Feature
• Coordinate execution of roll-out work packages
• Ensure that WP's are properly defined, followed-up and manage any conflicts with delivery and negotiate solutions as needed.
• Create a robust work break-down structure
• Coordinate change management programs
• Manage necessary activities to migrate legacy data
• Secure training delivery capacity
• Maintain project team vitality and well-being in the assignment
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a B.Sc or M.Sc in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
Additionally you have:
• At least 5 years experience in Project Management, preferrably for Global rollout projects
• At lesast 5 years experience in Product Development Projects
• Experience in change management processes
• Experience in project risk management
• Demonstrated skills in English language both written and oral
As a person you have the demonstrated ability to unite a team and create positive spirit, demonstrated skills in leadership and communication, Management of multi-cultural situations, creating cross-functional networks, negotiation and management of key project stakeholder requirements and creating buy-in, ability to research and document complex issues and then transforms this result into reports that are well structured and easy to grasp, capacity to provide holistic direction to projects, and then delegate.
