In this position you will act as Chief Project Manager (CPM) within Project Office, Truck Product Projects (TPP).
As CPM you lead and organise the work to ensure deliveries in projects according to prerequisites and decided processes.
You will report to the Project Office Director, Truck Product Projects, Group Trucks Technology. The job includes working with global network within the Volvo group. Experience from international truck business is an advantage.
Mission
You manage the project from start to end. It is the CPM responsibility to run the project according to decided standards, guidelines and processes. It also includes full responsibility for the overall work and deliveries of assigned project and what is affecting project deliverable.
The CPM manages the project and project team within a cross functional environment according to the Volvo Way. Overall responsible for all operations concerned: engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, aftermarket and market. Make decisions on issues where consensus cannot be reached in the Project Management Group.
The CPM reports and communicates in Steering Committee.

Experience Required
• A Master?s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience from Project Management and truck business.
• Cross-functional background.
• Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry.
• Good understanding of the Volvo Group Businesses.
• Experience from international Truck business and managerial positions is an advantage.
