hela Sverige As Chief Project Manager (CPM) you will be responsible to lead non-product related projects in order to secure project business case, project delivery according to Quality, Delivery, Cost and Feature (QDCF), and PMI best practices. The CPM is accountable for reporting project status and achievements to project governance structure, as well as project Steering Committee (SC). In addition, as CPM you will be responsible for day-to-day project operations
You will be responsible for the roll out of KOLA at Volvo CE globally. You will also be responisble for training and change managerment part of the project.
• Recommended BSc or Master?s Degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years? experience in Project Management.
• 5+ years? experience in PLM systems is desired.
• 5+ years? experience in IS/IT systems development is desired.
• PMP or equivalent certificate or agreement to obtain as soon as possible.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Profficient in English language both written and oral.
• Strong in Leadership, Communication and Management.
• Ability to network cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation and management of key project stakeholder requirements and creating buy-in.
• Ability to unite a team and create positive spirit.
• Documentation and communication of complex issues.
• Ability to identify and deliver solutions securing profitability from an overall enterprise perspective.
• Capacity to provide holistic direction to the project team and then delegate.
• Proven skills in project management tools
