Then please take the opportunity to join GPA BIO as Chief Product Owner for Foreign Exchange and Equity business.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Create roadmaps for the Foreign Exchange and Equity product and applications that are aligned with Swedbank strategies
• Give input to the investment planning process in close collaboration with other CPOs, business owners and CFO
• Ensure expectations management by being a "people" person in order to create and fostering relationships to key stakeholders both internally as well as externally
• Work, alongside other agile engineers working on different layers of to make sure our applications and services are up and running 24/7 without any disruptions and with good data quality
• Important to inspire people to accomplish objectives together
• Collaborate with other team members to be able to create a strong and reliable team
What is needed in this role:
We are looking for someone who feels passionate for making a difference. You have a proactive and strategic mindset and whilst enjoying structure you dare to make changes and try new things. You like team work and can use your superpowers of communication and collaboration to create strong and long-lasting relationships with others around you. You also need:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree within relevant area
• You have a proven track record of high-quality delivery, with speed and accuracy.
• To master agile way of working principles, SAFe and other relevant processes
• Not afraid to question existing solutions but rather see change as an opportunity to improve
• Good understanding of the Swedish Foreign Exchange and Equity Markets and the products traded
• Co-ordination skills to facilitate and drive progress and change
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead others by motivation and inspiration
• Passion for continuous improvements and learning new things
• Internal drive and urge to take responsibility and "get things done"
• To enjoy the challenge of managing complexity
• To be structured, systematic and have an interest in details.
