Are you passionate about People and organizations in growth? We are now looking for our next Chief People Officer (CPO) who will work both strategically and operationally with our People team. We need you who are not afraid to join a growing organization, and together with the management team and a close collaboration with our CEO, you will be involved and influence the company's future for real.

Mynewsdesk was founded in 2003 and has 140 employees with the ambition to grow to 160 within a year. This means that we are on an exciting growth journey and are open to new ideas and suggestions. As out next CPO you will continue developing the People function to be close to the business, work smart and contribute with expertise within HR. Mynewsdesk People team consists of a HRBP, a HR-specialist, a Office Manager and two Talent Acquisition Consultants. Together we work to maintain, attract, recruit and create a unique organizational culture.

The role as CPO at Mynewsdesk is about developing, driving, and supporting processes and key projects to deliver HR expertise and support to the company. The role also involves inspiring, motivating and coaching employees and stakeholders.
