• Overall responsible for the human resources needs of the company
• Drive the work of creating a great company culture together with the management team
• Internal communication
• Define and execute on the company's hiring strategy and pro-actively work to support hiring managers including strategy for relocation of new hires
• Coach leaders
• Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
• Own the comp & benefits strategy
• Performance and professional growth strategy and execution
• Employer branding strategy and execution
• Company team building activities
• Office management
To be successful in this role we think you have:
• Experience working with many different aspects of human resources
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding and passion for scaling and building strong teams
• Thrive in a fast paced environment
• Willing to do both strategic and operational work
• High degree of professionalism and integrity
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with Swedish labor law
• Previous experience from start-ups is an advantage
