As Chief People and Culture Officer you will provide significant commercial HR support in an environment where service delivery is paramount. The Chief People and Culture Officer will assist the company to build sustainable competitive advantage through the selection and development of top talent who possesses capabilities that differentiate the company from its competitors.
You will coach and support leaders and managers to implement and embed people strategic plans; creating an organisation that is fit for the purpose. Supporting the company's business goals and objectives to maintain competitive advantage, increase business profitability and deliver to customer expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
• Be an advisor for managers in all HR-related issues, such as recruitment, employee development, grievances & disciplinaries, and labour law issues
• Be a visible HR resource in the organization
• Work closely with senior leaders and functional support teams, providing a mix of "hands-on" operational HR guidance as well as strategic partnering
• Facilitate training and coaching for managers (supervisor training, diversity and inclusion philosophies, positive employee relations training, talent management, attract staff back to office etc.)
• Support and drive implementation of annual HR processes and tools
• Ownership of quality control for HR administrative tasks, reporting, revision of documents/ handbooks, supplier relationships
• Continuous development of the HR department's internal processes and procedures.
• Active role in development of Group core values
• Reports to Group CEO
• Part of the Group's Executive Team
Essential:
• Extensive experience within a HR Manager/ Partner role
• International experience with M&A activities and integration of new business
• Coaching to business leaders and managers
• Demonstrable experience in continuous review and improvement of people processes and procedures to meet operational requirements
• Strong language skills in Swedish and English (written and oral)
Desirable:
• Demonstrable experience in managing employee and improving employee engagement
• Higher education qualification in related subject.

We want the Chief People and Culture Officer to be based in the Gothenburg area, where we have offices in Borås and Kungsbacka. We have 1 HR Manager in the Group and this position is based in Trondheim.
