As COO of ASSA ABLOY you will be the process owner of the Supply chain organization and work in close collaboration with stakeholders within the functions Supply chain and Operational excellence in all parts of the Group. You will create, implement and follow up on processes and structures within your area of responsibility to support the Group's strategic goals.
Seamless flow, lean, optimization and customer orientation will be a few of your guiding principles. Your mission will be to lead, develop and support the organization to its full potential including strategic sourcing, lean management, automation, logistics, quality, sustainability, VA/VE and SC controlling, by being a present and pragmatic coach and leader.
You will report directly to ASSA ABLOY Group's CEO, and be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
The position is a challenging executive matrix role that demands excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills as well as an understanding of the complete business chain.
To be successful in the role you need to have a University degree, preferably in engineering, a broad International manufacturing and sourcing experience from a large or medium sized company. You also need to have a proven track record of improving manufacturing, sourcing and logistics processes, and working closely together with Product Development and Sales organizations.
You are a strong leader, with skills to initiate and drive projects and activities on different levels in the organization. You have the ability to navigate and reach results in a fast paced, ever changing and growing diverse company.
