Your Responsibilities
As COO you will oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company and report directly to the CEO.
Specific responsibilities are to:
* Develop business models for laser sources in datacenters
* Establish internal processes for recruitment employment agreements
* Oversee the quality control (compliance with safety and environmental regulations applicable)
* Oversee export control regulations
* Oversee finances with the CEO and prepare the budget reports
* Prepare with external support the tax reports
* Contribute to online marketing activities and PR of the company
* Scout for funding opportunities

Our Expectations
To be successful in this role you need following qualifications:
* Master in business and administration, economics, entrepreneurship, or similar
* Acquainted with Swedish law and taxing regulations
* >3 years of experience in relevant field
* Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
* Organized and meticulous
* Excellent communication skills
* Collaborative mindset
Meritorious
* Industrial experience as CxO in semiconductor/photonics
