We are now looking for a COO to join our team of talents to continue our journey to fulfill the dreams of youngsters.
What you will do
The COO is overall responsible for the sales and operations of the company including our products and programs in all destinations and markets across the globe. The company has an ambitious growth plan in place and the COO is expected to make sure that all products are delivered at an optimal cost and at the highest possible customer satisfaction to drive increased sales and planned growth. As such the role is responsible for securing the best possible customer experience anywhere on the globe and the safeguarding and welfare of our students is a top priority.
The role is part of the Group Management Team and report directly to the CEO.
Members of the Group Management Team are expected to take ultimate and collective responsibility for the overall direction and result of the STS Group. All members need to actively drive the best interest of the whole company across the organization and their main KPI is the financial result of the whole Group.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsible for STS Group product delivery in all countries and destinations and for all programs.
Ensure budgets, cost and customer satisfaction goals as well as other KPIs are in place and followed up in all areas
Ensure strategic growth plan for the company is followed and implemented on all markets
Manage the global team of operations staff and other key internal and external stakeholders
Ensure streamlined process for recruitment, training and development within the organization
Secure quality and cost position is in line with overall strategy on all programs and products
Make sure relevant accreditations are upheld globally, for instance British Council accreditation in the UK
Together with CEO and Management Team make sure that group core values and strategy is relevant and implemented in all parts of the organization.

Your flexibility proves that you enjoy working with change in a dynamic environment and you drive for continuous improvement. If you enjoy travelling and exploring the world, that's a plus.
Qualifications needed
Proven record of successfully leading a team of senior employees
Proven record of successfully leading a product or service delivery organization
Strong ability to inspire and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to independently drive resolution
Strong customer-service orientation and experience in advanced industry specific matters
Strong ability to use numbers and analysis to drive constant improvements
BA/BS degree or equivalent
