www.marinejetpower.comThe COO will be a key player in MJP and will have full responsibility for the entire supply chain as well as QSHE related issues for the entire organization. The operations organization consists of the following functions:
• Sourcing
• Planning
• Production (inhouse)
• Project management
• Outsourced production (today mainly outsourcing partners in Sweden and England)
• Logistics
• Quality
In total, the position will have a staff responsibility for about 40 employees in Sweden and England. The COO is a part of the management team and reports to the CEO. The position is based in either Cheltenham, England or Österbybruk in Sweden.
We believe that right candidate holds a bachelor or master of engineering and has experience from leadership in international Supply Chain organizations. Your profile is more Supply Chain generalist than specialist and you have experience from both sourcing, production and logistics.
