As we gear up for the next chapter of growth, we seek our Chief Operating Officer - a seasoned leader with a strong commercial background from high-growth, founder-led tech companies.
You will work directly with our CEO and Co-founder and be part of the management team.
You will:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
• Lead and develop the commercial organisation including overseeing our international expansion
• Ensure the quality of quarterly and annual planning processes, including resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, setting targets, and communicating internally
• Drive leadership development and be an active coach for middle management
We Expect You To Have
• A track record of leading high-performing, diverse teams across different high-growth companies with consistent success
• Strong history of hiring, developing and retaining top talent
• Extensive operations experience across sales, customer success and business development

• Knowledgable within GTM strategies for product/platform-led companies
