And that's where you come in!
With a team in Stockholm, currently composed of 50+ people, we are now looking for a modern marketer, taking the role as our CMO.
As CMO you will be both growing the business and evolving our product through marketing and modern ways of working. You'll find insights and make decisions from data, combine it with the perspectives and knowledge at hand from the Volumental organization. Together, building a global brand and business success.
As CMO you will both create and own the marketing strategy and roadmap. Together with your team you will implement the marketing strategy, produce and tell irresistible stories about Volumental's products, vision, and impact. You will test your thesis, validate the outcome, and iterate to perfection. And as a leader, you will mentor, inspire, and grow the team of marketers responsible for enterprise/B2B/B2B2C-marketing, social media, PR, and events.
Another fun responsibility is to shape Volumental's business strategy, as part of the tight-knit management team. To evolve and implement the lead generation strategy for B2B enterprise sales in coordination with the Sales team. And, of course, work collaboratively with the whole organization, to create and launch amazing new products!
