About the role
We are looking for a visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead our global cybersecurity organization. The ideal candidate is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with a track record of enabling secure digital growth in fast-paced, complex global environments.
Responsibilities
You will define and execute a global cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives and risk priorities, driving enterprise-wide initiatives, setting measurable security goals, and ensuring continuous improvement in safeguarding the organization. In addition, you will oversee cybersecurity architecture, risk management, compliance, and incident response across global operations, building a security-aware culture, aligning policies and standards with organizational objectives, and ensuring regulatory adherence in dynamic, consumer-oriented environments such as Retail, FMCG, or similar industries.
Experience & Background
Extensive experience across risk management, information security, and IT leadership roles.
Proven success in senior leadership, driving organizational change and leading large, distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute security policies and programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
Leadership & Personal Competencies
Transformational leader and change agent, comfortable in ambiguous situations.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to build sustainable relationships internally and externally.
High integrity, reliability, and sense of urgency in decision-making.
Excellent communicator capable of conveying security and risk concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experienced in leading cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic and tactical objectives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
Languages: Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
