The position
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will act as a key member of the Scania Finance management team and will take a significant role in the strategic development and management of Scania Finans AB.
You will be accountable for the financial administration and your responsibility area will include financial accounting and reporting as well as balance sheet management of Scania Finans AB.
Your focus areas will include developing and maintaining strategies and plans for your function, which must drive added value and support the commercial strategy for Scania Finans AB.
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced manager with solid financial experience and with commercial flair from a relevant position and practice. You have a passion for developing solutions in new and dynamic environments. To be successful in this role, you need to understand the new market demands with the coming technology shift moving into electric vehicles, the new business model which is coming with this shift and the need for Scania to adapt in the markets.
You should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, you need to have very good communication skills.
A track record of working in an international business environment is a clear advantage. You are likely to be a qualified accountant or similar background and have a university degree in a relevant discipline.
You work strategically and adapt to changing circumstances to realize organizational goals, while upholding ethics, and corporate values and act with integrity.
