We offer Integrated solution from Design to Construction of high voltage lines. The Role in the Team: Chief Financial Officer with 5+ years of experience. Job description :Define Financial Standards, policies and procedures to meet organizational goals.Design Financial Strategy and performance parameters at corporate level.Assist in preparation of business plans and financial forecasting for new businesses being considering by the company planning and preparation of annual budgets.Regular Monitoring and taking corrective timely actions to ensure that expenses do not exceed the approved budgets.Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Balance Sheet & other financial statements.Overseeing all Taxation (Direct/Indirect) related matters.Strengthening of MIS and ensuring consistent flow of reliable information.Setting up effective internal audit systems and its monitoring.All kind of Risk Management.Overseas Finance ,Treasury activities including forex, commodities.Self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal client facing skills
